My 2021 Premium was taken into Cochran Ford Butler on Monday and four days later (08-08-24) it isn't done. They worked on it and test drove it at least six times and each time an overheat motor warning arose on my Ford Pass. It is sitting in their garage on their L2 40 amp charger overnight. They havent even completed the two Customer service inspection- door still paint and charger cord stuck- at this time. I had no issues with the vehicle prior to Monday.
