I am not a fan or NO spare tire, so I had the family give me a modern spare w/jack for Christmas. The spare serves well as a center brace and short 2" x 6" boards painted black give excellent side bracing. A bungee is used to ensure everything stays secure.

I was to ask a work around about this. In summer me and kids go to airport viewing area and watch flights taking off and landing.

Usually we sit in the truck and enjoy the view. All of my previous SUVs have the load floor flat and stable for our weight. But yeah mach e, if truck floor is set to flush, it's flimsy.

I will use this post to come up with a cheap quick idea to make the truck floor flush
