You ordered 1/15 2021? That seems quick. If it was January this year, what are the build specs? I only ask because I ordered last month.

For anyone that hasn't gotten a build date yet, I thought I would post this to give you an idea of a timeline to expect:

My order date: 11/27/2020
Scheduled for production: week of 4/18/2021 (I got the email informing me of this date today 2/18/2021)

This is a lot sooner than I was expecting. I figured that it would well into summertime before it would be built.

yeah I wasn't expecting that quick, I did order 1/15/21. it's rapid red premium, rwd, standard range.

I reserved 2/15/2020. I ordered 10/5/2020. I was advised today (2/18/2021) of week of May 24 build date.

I am guessing I won't see the car until August 2021, ten months after ordered.

I ordered late December, I got the same build date.. I was figuring august also.. if all goes well

Today is 2/21/2021 and the Ford Vehicle Order Tracking website is right on schedule. Status has moved to "In Production" though I doubt anything has happened yet. The window sticker became available today as well.

Now to go search for all those posts about what the dates and stuff means on the window sticker.

Ordered 1/2/21. Order finally accepted by dealer 1/6/21. Build date 4/12/21.

I mused earlier that perhaps they lump together vehicles of the same trim (and/or paint color) for "batch processing" production. Like all RWD/standard range/white on the same day, or whatever.

Same here; ordered 10-12-2020 and was notified by my dealer production week May 24, 2021. I just don't understand the logic. People who ordered after me have received build dates sooner. I'm hoping for a June or July delivery and hope it doesn't stretch out into August. 8 or 9 month wait is long enough!

I ordered a space white premium 4x ER on 10/25 with a 5/2 build date. Seems to be no rhyme or reason for build dates!

Guessing they batch build cars with similar specs.
