I received an email from Ford this morning saying that my car has been scheduled for production. Build day is June 7th! I am so excited!!!

I ordered mine Feb 3 and got that same build date on a Premium Ex/4. Congrats I didn't get a VIN# yet thought even though I got my email on April 15th.

Wow, that’s great. I got the same build date at the same time but I ordered Jan 20.

I emailed my salesman right away and he was able to pull up my VIN and 4 digit order number. You’ll need both for tracking.

That's awesome! Question. Your #1 block says "Order Confirmed." When did that happen? I've placed my order, gone to the dealer and finalized it, and my #2 block still shows "Place Order - Ready." Did it flip to "Order Confirmed" before you got your date, or did it happen WHEN you got your date? I ask because I really don't feel like my dealer did everything they needed to do.

My February 27th order just got a build date of June 14th... one day after I signed the papers and drove home in my new Infinite Blue Mach E. The universe has a sense of humor sometimes, but it all works out. I got exactly what I wanted, and now someone else will in just a few months!

Ford's ordering process makes no sense to me. Ordered mine on 2/27. Haven't heard boo from Ford. Still says order accepted but no production date. ?

Same with me...got my email this morning. My order date was 3/20...got my email today (4/22) with the production date, which is 6/14. Have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. After reading how long others have waited, my process SO FAR seems to be moving along pretty well. Now from production to delivery will be another wait, so I'll see how long that takes.

Welcome to our world. You might get a build date today. It might be months. Nothing makes sense. Lots of speculation but no answers. Dead silence from?Ford?.

Yeah good luck with this - sincerely. I ordered July, build date was end of feb/early march. According to the tracker, I'm picking up my MME today. Suffice to say, that's BS it hasn't even changed to built. So who knows why Ford is claiming my car has been getting built for last 2months -ish.
