I was told yesterday the wait is 24 weeks. Seriously?

I ordered last month. At that time, the 28+ weeks banner wasn't there. But yeah, I believe the 'plus' part, for sure.

Yep, but the point being, buying a car is always a sacrifice of something. Just pointing out that there are decent alternatives besides full electric. I actually think PHEV's are a really good option but they just don't sell outside of the RAV4.

I agree. Our Pacifica Hybrid PHEV is a good fit for our family. We primarily use battery for day to day use, but we still have excellent range for road trips with no need for charging stops.

24 weeks is perfect for us if they keep with the schedule. Having it arrive earlier will be more challenging than a later. We are giving the current car to our niece for her 16th birthday. Our goal is not to keep it on hand once the Mach E is delivered.

Hopefully the 24 weeks estimate is somewhat accurate. It is hard to tell. Has anyone on here waited 24 weeks yet? I think most of the earlier orders were in th 8 to 12 weeks range.

I don't recall anyone getting their car that quickly. I am hoping to take delivery about 18-20 weeks from ordering but that will depend on shipping time.

I ordered my Mach-e- 4EX on Feb 5 wont have it until likely beginning of August (Fingers crossed) so that 25+ weeks.

My online order for a space white premium AWD extended range was accepted by the dealer on Feb 9, 2021. It was built last week, was shipped yesterday, and is expected to arrive at the dealer between Jul 16-22. That would be around 23 weeks total. So, 24 weeks or a bit more wouldn't surprise me.

Well, you could be one of the unlucky ones who ordered a GT. You'd think the ordering system would show SOMETHING other than 'order accepted by dealer' after you placed an order for $70K.
