After Infinite Blue was cancelled, I was forced to pick a new color for my order. I switched gears and tried to find one at a dealer that was available to purchase. After a months long, grueling search, I finally found one that was an order that wasn't picked up. So, I flew to Tampa, purchased it, and drove it home to Texas last Thursday. I'm finally the proud owner of an Infinite Blue AWD Extended range. For those of you still searching, don't give up. Use the Ford search along with Autotrader, etc. Make lots of calls, emails and text messages. You might get lucky and find one like I did.

There was no ADM. However, they had already tinted the windows and done ceramic coating which they added for a whopping $1500. I balked at that and they came down to $999 for it. So, all in all, I feel great about the deal. Veterans Ford in Tampa, FL.

I don't know what brand of ceramic coating it was. The tint is Madico, which is a brand I've never heard of before. It's ok for now. We'll see how it holds up.

My dealer installed tint came with a lifetime warranty. That's pretty standard in the Phoenix area. Not sure about FL.

That's really good. The salesman quoted me 5 years on the tint and only 2 years on the ceramic coating. But, I would have to take it back to FL for the warranty. If needed, I'll just replace the tint here and get a new ceramic coating.

I've noticed that infinite blue doesn't really get as "glossy" as other colors, which is the only downside of my MME (especially when it's parked near other cars that are super shiny).

A month or two ago i coated it with mother's cmx spray (although in hindsight i don't think I did a good job, so might reapply in the fall)...but i didnt really notice any difference in gloss. Are there any other DIY high gloss / high shine products that might work better?

I am so so so jealous, but a little encouraged. I have given myself a carpal flair up searching up and down America for this color. I want it so much!

Keep looking! I was ready to give up so many times. It eventually paid off. The carpal tunnel surgery will be totally worth it lol.
