So, I've been thinking (dangerous, I know)....

I ordered my Mach-E just a few days before Ford changed the color schemes and dropped Infinite Blue from the line-up. Mine was built the last week of June/first week of July, and it sat for chips for a while at the plant. With luck, it should be at my dealership in a couple of weeks.

Someone will get the last Infinite Blue that rolled off the factory line shortly...I wonder if we could ever know who it was? Might be mine!

Mine was built on July 16, waited for chips and arrived at the dealer on Thursday Sept 2nd. Guessing it was about the last IB but no way of knowing ?

Any more pics and details? I think these are my favorite wheels.
I'll have to get out there and take some more. But they are Varro VD06X Gloss Titanium with Brushed Face, 21" x 9", 66.6mm Hub. I bought machined spacers to have them fit 63.4. They are forged and are a few pounds lighter each than stock with tires. I tend to have a heavy foot and the only time I really monitor the miles per kwh is on the highway. I am seeing the same numbers with 2.2mi/kwh at 85 mph.

Just beautiful! (Oh, and the car looks nice too). Just kidding! Infinite Blue looks sharp against the blue background of the ocean. The wispy clouds and palm tree finish it off perfectly. Great picture! We used to have a contest in my Thunderbird club called "Thunderbird of the Month." Members would compete against each other by composing their pictures to enter into the contest. Members of the club then voted on them and the winner was "Thunderbird of the Month" and was prominently displayed on part of the opening screen. We could have a "Mach E of the Month" contest. I think this picture would be likely to win. It is my new desktop picture and Mustang of the Month for me.

Not as nice a picture as those on the Hawaiian Islands, but just excited that my Infinite Blue Mach E was delivered and I can actually join the club!

Just got it back from the body shop. I had them paint the wheel well arches same as the body color.

Next, I am thinking powder coat the calipers, either ford blue or red. I am asking for opinions on that and the lug nuts I have a set of chrome and black, I think the black looks better.

Of those two I’d prefer the blue. Personally though, I’m considering glossy black.

What is the appeal of painting the calipers anyway? I never could figure that out as it is purely a cosmetic thing. I guess everyone is different in what they consider is beautiful with their cars. For me I will just leave my wheels alone in the “stock” appearance.
