Inside lighting

There aren't any interior lights that go on when I open any door in the mach e? In the back cargo area there is a light (has mustang icon ) but doesnt go on and no switch. Anyone know why?

Check that the lights are set to turn on when you open the doors. The button is in the upper console by the rear view mirror. There are individual buttons for light each map light, a button to turn on all lights, then the 4th button sets whether the lights turn on when the doors are open. If that button is off it will be orange instead of blue.
