Instrument cluster bug: Nav system

While using navigation, on the instrument cluster shows the distance to the next turn. When you get close to the turn a side banner lights up. That is all fine. Unfortunately when driving the side banner blinks about once per minute, it is very annoying, especially at night. Anyone else observe this?
