Instrument cluster goes dark but comes back after full charge

Driving back from store last night, the instrument panel went dark. Still would show warnings and lights below but no info on the panel. Charged to 100% overnight and it came back today. I am wondering if there is a glitch when remaining battery goes below 15% that somehow that panel goes dark. Others have reported that.

I've taken my battery below 15% several times and the screen didn't go blank. Did you try the Sync 4A soft reboot?
On the steering wheel press & Hold the right seek button and the volume down button.

I thought the vehicle electronics powered by the 12V. Maybe have that checked?

I have had my charge level below 10% twice without having my instrument screen go dark.
