Just curious, is there anyone get any kind of "discount" at all? This is the first time for me seems gonna pay MSRP for a car. Or maybe dealer should offer some kind of gift?
Easiest sale for them, lol

How to qualify?
Need minimum 60 days membership before purchase - $25 membership fee to mustang club of america and you get xplan benefit - but it is also available via other avenues I believe. There are threads on this forum regarding that. Otherwise everyone pays MSRP minus any A,X, type plan minus any Ford incentives on the day of purchase for financing

I've never paid anywhere close to MSRP, but I expect to do so for the MachE (minus X-Plan). For one, manufacturers rarely discount brand new iterations of vehicles. Two, I think the MachE will be in demand once people see them on the road. Three, $7500 Tax credit plus State and Local Tax credits more than make up for paying MSRP. Unless the economy totally implodes (which is very possible, hope not) I don't expect discounts on the MachE in Year One. We'll see.

Damn, my company is on that list. I didn't even need to join the Mustang Club full of people who hate my future car!
there are soon to be 50K of our kind so I think we will have a good amount at the meetings

I think we should all join the MCA and then vote to throw them out for not having electric mustangs. :p

Thanks for explanation, not sure if it works here in Canada though.
