Those of you who have taken delivery recently, is Ford getting better at aligning the glass roof and getting it even with the windshield and rear hatch?

No, since flush is not the spec. Are you asking that the windshield be intentionally misaligned? I suppose that is possible, but not desirable.

What @RonTCat said. If you look at cars with panoramic style glass roofs (Ford snd otherwise), you’ll see a bit of an lip where the windshield and glass roof meet. That’s. Y design and is normal. That lip isn’t the cause, per se, of the “wind” noise some are experiencing. Somewhat misaligned glass roofs may be a contributing factor to that noise.

I believe the OP is referencing the difference between driver/passenger sides alignment. There have many documented cases of the pano roof being at different heights between the two sides and also front to back. Yes there should be a small lip, but it should be consistent between driver/passenger side.

Yes, that's what I was talking about. There have been a number of posts with pictures of the roof almost flush with the windshield on one side and sticking up 3/8" on the other. There have also been pictures where the gaps between the sides of the glass and the frame were very unequal. Just wondering if this is an ongoing problem, or if it is better in the newer cars.

We had a march 9th build date and our pano roof is perfectly aligned. No wind noise. It is about 1/16th inch higher than windshield.
