Is plug and charge working for everyone else?
When I've tried to use it lately the EA charger can't recognize that I'm trying to initiate a charge, the car says plugged in but can't charge.
On the app the plug & charge slider is permanently in the disabled slide. When I try to enable it it says that I don't have access to contact the connected services holder to use plug & charge. I've tried logging in and out, redownloading the app and spent about an hour on the phone with Ford and got passed along to several different people. The best they could come up with was that it's a known issue.
Anyone else experienced similar issues with plug & charge not being able to enable? I'm one of the unlucky ones who can't get OTA and I'm stuck mid power up update and suspect that has something to do with it.
