For those who are in the Mid-Atlantic (DC, DE, MD, PA, VA, WV) or neighboring states:

I'm thinking the easiest way will be for everyone to just watch the Mid-Atlantic Forum. Otherwise, someone has to maintain the email lists.

Choose Forum in the top menu. Then select the Mid-Atlantic forum from the list of Regional Forums:

Once you are in there, set up to get alerts to posts in the forum -- your choice of notification method and granularity (new threads, new messages).

This also has the advantage of being open to others. If someone from Ohio or even New Jersey wants to crash one of our parties, the more the better! That also makes it easier for new folks to sign up or existing folks to sign off on their own.
