Several threads on this the cheapest solution is change the tires. That's the first thing I would try. If you put a 245/50/19 105 and inflate to 36psi it's noticably less harsh. You can safely lower the pressure because the bigger tires have a higher load rating.

You could also go 255/50/19 107 at 32psi. Those would be way less harsh but you would need different wheels.
