Key fob not working with door button

PAAK rarely worked, so I started carrying around the key fob in case. Now, when I approach the car, the lights turn on and the mustang logo is shown, but the door button doesn't work to unlock and open the car. This requires me to take the key fob out, and press the unlock button. Once inside the car, I am able to start the car with no issue.

I got my last software update today to 3.5.3.3, but still face the issue.

Do I need to reboot something to have the door recognize the key fob?

Give it a couple days to sort itself out after a software update. If it still is doing it, then you may want to pull the 12V battery cable for 5-10 min to reset the BCM and door modules.

I’ve also noticed that if you have both the fob and paak-enbled phone with you it might cause a ”clash” between them when opening doors which means that you might need to push the button couple of times to get the door to open(and of course some waiting after pushing the button)
