Digging the potential for adjustable dampening for this car, but with the overall weight and clearances I'd really have to test drive a setup before coughing up the $3k. I'd be willing for a modest improvement.

Who has a GTPE here that can compare to the GT bounciness?

Without having driven either, the GTPE has a great ride and exhibits none of the bounciness of the other trims.
I test drove the GT before buying the GTPE so hope you are right......I really didn't feel/felt or noticed the bounciness of the GT.....But did notice the 5-second drop right away.....I thought it was just me after the ride.....

There have been multiple posts from owners who have gone from a Premium to a GTPE, and from a GT to a GTPE. The general consensus is the GT is less bouncy than the Premium and the GTPE is less bouncy than the GT. The PE has MagneRide which explains why it is the best.

Here is the epic thread about this issue. After you spend an hour reading all the posts, you will know all you need to know about the issue.

My last car a Lincoln MKX Reserve had the Magneride and it is a wonderful thing. Its the biggest "wish I had it" with my premium.

Not exactly. It does have some bounce but it is not very noticeable. You notice it when comparing to other cars that truly have no bounce. Per @markboris.

Just putting it out there in case anyone is interested. Just shy of $3k though.

Interesting.

Hard to tell from their site, but it doesn’t seem like it was specifically designed for our car, more like it’ll “fit” and is adjustable. Hopefully someone will be the Guinea pig for everyone else.

I’m also curious why one of the search results for our car is a BMW sway bar:
