Latest APIM and GWM Versions?

I’m having issues with my SiriusXM Presets disappearing (it replaces them with random stations).

I brought my car in to get:

the above TSB.

However, the service invoice says ”SYNC 4 VERSION 21180/176 SYNC UP TO DATE”, and in searching the forums it seems that release may be earlier than the above TSB.

I’m assuming 21180/176 is the APIM version.

Does anyone know if the APIM version should be different than the above after that TSB was applied? And what the latest APIM version is?

I’m wondering if they didn’t do the GWM update first in FDRS and so didn’t see the “real” new APIM version.

The latest Sync (APIM) version is 21281/244, which was delivered as part of Power-up 2.3.0. But I'm not sure if this version is available for Job 2 cars yet. When was your car built?

Yeah, that's Job 2, so I believe your dealer is correct that there are no APIM updates available for your car yet.

Ah — thank you. Hopefully soon! The Wife Approval Factor has dropped substantially since her XM presets started getting randomly jumbled.
