The Lincoln Corsair PHEV has the same HVB as the Escape but...adds a third motor generator at the rear wheels to permit 4WD as the Toyota RAV4 hybrid does. The third motor generator will produce greater regenerative braking/coasting , thus faster fill up SOC while driving.
