This absolutely seems like waaaaay more frequent failures post recall than before the recall.

I think this recall is gonna have another recall. Unfortunately the dealer did the recall on my car yesterday while it was in for service.

Sorry to hear about the HVBJB failure, but I just wanted to say, this is actually a really good picture of the battery. I don't think I had previously seen one. That graphic they have (had?) on the Ford website ordering page showing the larger battery as having the additional cells in a stack in the rear is spot on.

Got the car. Works great again. But I did get the “B” part and not the “c”

They had it for 6 days. But did not order part till 7/26 they got it 7/27 put it in/changed coolant ect. Charged to 100% by 0400 this am and picked up. Drove to yreaka ca EA for first charge at 33% hit 134 KW on a 350EA for about mins. Then back to normal 104 at 45%

Hope so

made it back home 0400 to 1930.
Made 2 DCFC 1 from 33%-80% and another 10%-80%

Both hit 160KW for about 1-2 mins on 350kw EA then went to normal 100ish till 60/70% then 80/90KW till 80%. WOT on highway no issues so far. Finally used up all my ford free 500kw lol
