I can’t believe your turn around time! My dealer has had my car for 3.5 weeks - supposedly installed a new HVBJB then got the failure codes again. I escalated through Ford, they’re treating me about the same - paying for gas etc, but I can’t stand the Ford Edge they gave me as a loaner … losing my patience. I’m just glad to have a solid HVBJB after this and get the replacement out of the way.

I would have took an edge over 1.0 liter eco trash. Omg that car was like 0-60 in 15 secs. Glad they taking car of you

Lol, I'm going on a month and can't get my reimbursement which is less than 1/3 yours. Customer service has been such a joke for me.

I got these “Electric Powertrain Fault” and “Powertrain System Fault” alerts yesterday while passing on I-476 in PA. Premium AWD, ~12.2k miles. I had gotten an update related to the contactor issue a few weeks ago and another update on 9/3.

Any advice, or does this just end up as, “take it to the dealer and drive a rental for weeks?”

Yep HVJB. Call ford to start a case to make sure you get rental gas and other items paid for. Repair don’t take long. 1-2 days once they get the over night part. Problem is if they will actually be able to work on the car to order the part ect.
