Lots of DCFC Coming Soon in NC

The Boone/Blowing Rock area is severely lacking DCFC. I really hope to see more development in that area as it’s ~100 miles from Charlotte and in the winter, I’d love to be able to keep the battery in a higher charge state for better heating/battery management once I get to the mountains.

We stay at my in-laws, and I’m not looking to have to have the conversation about installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet unless I really have to.

Just got text today that electrify America opened DCFC in Statesville NC which is nicely half way between Asheville and Raleigh. Perfect for my travels!

I've used the one in Statesville several times while traveling. No problems, no issues, fast charging at its best.

I was at the EA station at the Walmart on North Tryon in Charlotte yesterday. I've been there 3 or 4 times and it's always been deserted. Yesterday these two showed up about 10 minutes apart. Like the color and love the larger wheels and tires.
