I'm order # 1123 and have an April date. Hopefully I hear something in the next week or two as well. Glad to hear it is starting.

I've been checking once or twice a day just to see when the first shipping thread will pop up. Glad to see things moving along! Hopefully they will be working their way through the queue faster than Ford anticipated. Fingers are crossed! 🤞
I'm glad things seem to be underway, but my order number is FAE:90014700 (June delivery). It'll be a while for me!

It’s a shame.

nowhere in the email does it educate anybody on trying to park from the right side first if possible.

0% of the DCFC companies have any signage to explain to people anything about charging etiquette.
hopefully they just put a sign outside Tesla headquarters that said “make your cords longer to support all EVs if you’re going to say your chargers support all EVs

I’m 977 and my reservation says May. I’m surprised the cut-off was so low. That or US orders were prioritized over Canada.

Either way it’s good news!
They may have built additional shipping time into the Canadian orders.

I get an error when I check my status from the email. Not sure if it's because I'm in Canada or not, but saw someone from Canada get a status so I guess it's a wait and see.

Check and see if there's a later email from Ford the same day, as the original link was broken.

I can't see how they prioritize US or Canada. Tesla superchargers are in Canada also. MMEs are in Canada also.
Tesla has opened their network to North America. It is called the NACS standard. Why should prioritize US or Canada or Mexico.

I just took the only email they sent and removed the extra fluff at the end of the URL and got a May 2024 ship status. Order was 869 so that sounds about right for Canada. Thanks for the suggestion that the original URL may be broken!

Edit: Maybe this will help others, but URL for Canada should be

https://www.ford.ca/myaccount/connected-services?vin=<VIN>&keyName=chargeradapterstatus#/Subscriptions.ChargerAdapterStatus

Replacing <VIN> with your VIN

Going to guess that they're made in the US and they're likely bulk shipping to Ford Canada to ship out to their orders. I expected US would get their allocations first.

Per my phone call to a rep from Ford Canada, Canadian adapters will be shipped in bulk to Ford Canada and shipped out to individuals from there since the Ford USA can't handle Canadian postal codes. I wouldn't hold my breath for this to happen quickly. I am order #2880 and my date is June as opposed to April-ish for the same order number in the US.

Yeah, I'm in the 3800s. I am planning a trip in June and there is a Supercharger on my route but when I double-checked this week it's a Magic Dock site anyway. I can wait.

But.....you ordered yours thru Ford.com as soon as you got the email. You received an order number. The email was saying that will be shipped to all prospective customers who want one.
No specifics about any prioritization.
Do you suspect that Ford is holding back or their intentions to ship first to US and then to others.
This is how crap gets stirred and at the end will make no one happy.
