Well, he’s correct for the 2021 model, for which this press event is geared.Tom Moloughney is mixed up on his color facts.
I'd give it at least a full week.Do we have any idea when to expect the results of this? Wondering when to start refreshing frantically
Especially 3, 4 & 5! Please!@AoA, @OutofSpecKyle, @TFLtommy
If you get the chance, can you please ask about:
Thanks!!
- Slow 1/4 mile times & trap speed (101mph).
- power drop after 75-80mph.
- Revised DC fast charging curve.
- Charging cliff moved past 80%.
- Capacity increased to 91kWh.
Yeah Maverick reviews are out this week, so Ford will probably keep the embargo in place until next week so the two don't have to share the media spotlight.I'd give it at least a full week.
You are right - unless they are expecting bad reviews and trying to get as many orders in a possible before they come out. It's just baffling to me why Ford is waiting so long on reviews. It's almost as if they want this variant of the GT to be forgotten about (or maybe they're not ready to face the music of the slow top end?). With the buzz dying down since the launch of the other trims, you'd think they would want to create a bit more buzz going into 2022 with GT press
