Yeah I thought about that but between assuming smaller buffer and not being that dramatically less in energy density I figure the extra weight isn't that huge, especially since weight plays a much smaller role than aerodynamics when it comes to keeping an object moving (Though obviously does to get it moving.) Maybe I'm really underestimating how much more weight it is thoughLFP is heavier. They're likely getting a larger battery capacity not from more battery, but from less reserve buffer (the one advantage of LFP). But the higher weight of LFP means less efficiency (assuming equivalent/higher volume and thus higher vehicle weight) so the mi/kwh would be lower.
