Has anyone had the roof/windshield recall done in Oklahoma? I scheduled with the dealership who ordered parts first, and was told it would take 3 days, or maybe 5 if they ran into trouble. We dropped it off Nov 21st and I still don’t have my car back. I’ve called several times but keep getting vague answers about it being at the body shop, or that the recall just takes a while to perform. Ford (the main Ford customer service) confirmed that I should call them back if it takes a month or more, since they said this may mean they broke the glass, but the dealership assures me they did not. I’m going to call the main Ford number back tomorrow, but I’m so disappointed. I am also worried that I won’t be able to tell if it was done incorrectly, or if there are problems with it. My advice is to either skip it, or make sure you aren’t their first one to do….

I am getting my recalls taken care of this week down at Reynolds in Norman. I was told 2 days for the roof, windshield and updates. Fingers crossed.....
