Mach E strange screen happened

Hey everyone I'm looking for some information on this screen that showed up. I was betting that somebody in this forum would be able to tell me when it meant it wouldn't go away I tried restarting the car several times letting the screen go visibly black and it's the first time it's happened. But when I came back to the car two hours later the screen was functioning normal so maybe it had something to do with the Sync 4 ? Does anybody have a clue I am including a screenshot. again it would not allow any changes.
