Mach-E treating both fobs as same?

I just got my Mach-E with two keys. My current setup is:

Profile 1:
PaaK
Fob 1

Profile 2:
Fob 2

it always logged into my account except when my wife was close so it would randomly log into hers?
Today though… I got my fob and noticed that I was logging me into profile 2 even tho the second key wasn’t close to me. Turned off my phone to make sure PaaK was disabled and then noticed it still logged into profile 2.

went to profile 2, unliked the fob (which I knew is different) turned on the car and it loaded profile 1 correctly now….

So…. Is the MachE treating both fobs as the same one? Is this a bug? Is it always the case? Did the dealership close the fob instead of programming it correctly? I deleted all the linked phone and fob from my account and relinked.
Kinda afraid my wife will load into my account bc I have 1PD enabled and she will freak out or something.

When an incorrect profile loads, press the associated seat position button and it will switch to the one associated with that button.

We occasionally get the wrong profile. Using only fobs, no PAAK.
