There are a plenty of different types of plastic surfaces inside. Probably they need different ways of cleaning. Share what do you use to clean each of the surface types from the list. Please let me know if I miss any

  1. Glass (windows, windshield)
  2. Screen (main and front console monitors)
  3. Fabric surface on edge of the dashboard
  4. Silver surface on the edge below the fabric surface of the dashboard
  5. Dashboard plastic (from the fabric part all the way to the windshield)
  6. Matte surface on the doors
  7. Glossy surfaces on the middle isle
  8. Rubber surfaces (phone charging area matt, middle isle storage compartment door)
  9. Seat and steering wheel faux leather
  10. gaps between the buttons

Windows are glass, not plastic. Windex and soft cloth.

Rest I use 2 drops of dish soap and a gallon of warm water, and soft cloth.

Take a look at Chemical Guys, Griots Garage, or another high-end cleaning supply company for everything you listed. They have excellent products and how-to videos. For cracks and crevices, I've found brushes and putty work really well.

For the interior, there are products that clean, products that protect, and products that do both. I have used and recommend Mckees37 Fast Interior Detailer and Chemical Guys Inner Clean. Both of these products clean and protect in one step, and they smell great. For a product that mainly protects multiple interior surfaces, a lot of people recommend Aerospace 303 Protectant.

If you simply want to clean and save some money, you can use Optimum No Rinse (ONR) on almost any interior surface, even glass. ONR is usually used for exterior rinseless car washes, but it can definitely be used on multiple interior surfaces as well.

I personally do not recommend using Windex or Dishsoap on the interior. Windex can damage window tint. And even if you do not have tint, if some Windex overspray lands on your dash, it can dry out and damage non-glass surfaces. Dishsoap can also dry out some interior surfaces.

Usually chemical products leave some "protection" layer. I don't want any protection layer or smell. Just pure cleaning

Good point. It is probably better to spray on the cloth
