Do the prototypes have Michelin tires on the wheels? If so, are they the Primacy Tour A/S, Premier LTX or other?

I would appreciate the choice having all season tires from the beginning. But this its a rather difficult task, isn't it. Keep in mind that tires are the most stressed part of an EV... more than breaks! Most of the EV auto makers are developing quite close with tire companies new types of tires. The massive torque the tires have to resist (even start from 0 mph!!!) is hard competition for them.
Cross fingers the all season tires will be mounted from the beginning.

It is easy to work with the dealership to pull off the stock tires and put on what you want. Some of us may be interested in a set of three season tires and a second set of winter tires.

The blue Mach E GT at the November 2019 introduction had Pirelli PZero tires on it.

My recommendation is to look to the pre-production prototypes that are on the road now for your best clues of what will come on our cars. However, the packaging guide clearly lists they will come with all season tires:

Select: 225/60R18 all-season tires
w/ Comfort Package 225/55R19 all-season tires
Premium: 225/55R19 all-season tires

No commitment to a brand or model tire, though.

One can also look around and decide the tire and tire brand they want before the vehicle arrives. Most dealers can pull off the stock tires and install what you want but usually for some fee.

I have seen an interview during a test drive in London where the engineer said all-season for the US and a different suspension setup for EU and regular tires

Europe typically get summer tires as a lot of places have mandatory winter tire legislation so people put on different wheels & tires. The suspension is supposed to be get returned shocks, anti roll bars and bump stops for, hopefully the one for these shores isn't soften up too much as disappointingly is the case all to often for USA vehicles.

All seasons with a low speed rating are typically standard for a lot of vehicles on this side of the pond and the first thing you have to replace unless you like rolling around on the sidewalls during cornering :(. Not sure what the mach-e will get but with a low limited 112 mph top speed and having to maximize range handling is probably further down the list of when it comes to rubber choice
