That's an amusing anachronism - rural dirt road/parking area under a solar array that feeds electric vehicles. A blend of 19th and 21st century imagery

This used to be one of my regular stops going between Eau Claire EA and Upper Michigan. Now I only visit going EC to Appleton. It's a very pleasant, quiet space. If I recall, there is a picnic table. There is a field of old farm DC windmills, but it can be wet tall grass, so wear your swampers and take tick precautions in season. Surrounded by farm fields and horse pasture. There's a plowed gravel road if you want a 45-minute walk.

The building is lightly staffed, so don't bank on bathrooms being unlocked. Heading east, stop first for bathroom & takeout near Stevens Point Target at I-39 & US-10 (6 miles west of Midwest Renewables). Heading west, stop first in Iola or Waupaca.
