I've noticed that screws are visible right in front of both the rear wheels. I'm not sure if they are supposed to be left like that or somethings missing.

It does look odd to me. There are three such bolts - in front, slight above and behind the rear wheel

I thought this was a Ford Mach-E forum, not a Chevy Bolt forum? Ask GM where your Bolt is.

Oh wait I see now.

That's a push nut, it looks like it's supposed to be there.

Yup, that's a push nut. A normal fastening mechanism for a large sheet of material. Doesn't have to be tight, just held in.

Those are likely fixed studs. Only there to retain the wheel well liner.

I’ve noticed lots of cars have these in addition to the Mach-E. I suppose there is no risk the tire could ever make contact after hitting a gnarly bump or something?

Noticed the same on demo vehicle at dealership. Probably not something specific to my vehicle. But, it does look ... unfinished.
