Note: see also Mach-E Issues List | Ford Mustang Mach-E Forum which is issues, vs. "missing" features or desired changes.

Features that were promised, or we'd like to see, that aren't there yet:
  • Door supercapacitor
  • Frunk Open with FOB or Phone
  • Rear ambient lighting
  • Charging Schedule (needs work, issues with locations, very limited options)
  • Pre-Conditioning (limited options)
Note: also see:

To be fair, many of the items listed are not so much ‘missing’ as opposed to having issues that are likely to resolve.

To me, instrumental display electrical whining and wind noise from glass roof are the two biggest issues. Surely everyone has different priorities.

-Paak (needs work, doesnt work or too sensitive)
Ford may be able to tune it. But I don't think it's realistic to expect it to work much better. I think there are technical restrictions there. If you expect it to work as well as key fob, you will be disappointed. If that's what you want, use the fob (and buy a 2nd one if you need two).

I refuse to carry keys, and would be fine using PIN code to enter and drive exclusively. (I use Nest x Yale lock for home, which can be unlocked with either PIN code or through a button in app. I use PIN most of the time, because that's faster than unlocking from the app.) PaaK is more convenient than using PIN code, but I don't mind falling back to PIN code. So PaaK has met (or exceeded) my expectations.
  • For entry, PaaK works reasonably well for me.
  • For starting the car, the car often can't detect PaaK when the phone is in my pocket when I sit in the driver seat, which reminds me to put it on the charging pad (and therefore isn't too bad).

-Android Auto (waiting Google fix)
Android Auto is fixed, if you are tech savvy enough to install the next version before Google rolls it out to 100%. If not, well, multiple people including me have verified that the next version works, so all you need to do is wait a week or two.

-Garage Door Opener (loses connection)
Works perfectly with my 2012 model LiftMaster. If your garage door opener is very old, it is well known that HomeLink may have compatibility issue with it. There really isn't anything Ford can do here. You may be able to buy a bridge that would resolve your issue.

not really missing just need some updated to fix. On the steering wheel, yes I wanted the white also but it did not make it to production. So it wouldn't fit also.
