Starting to see more of them out there... Saw one in Princeton on Tuesday - got a wave from the driver in the Shop-Rite parking lot off Rt. 1. Then later that day parked at Chimney Rock Park in Bridgewater to go biking and there was one sitting in the lot. If I wasn't chasing sunlight, I might've stuck around to see whos it was.
Then last night, saw yet another on Country Club Road in Bridgewater getting ready to turn onto 22.

Same here, this week saw a white going 287 south around Bridgewater and a maroon wrapped in Piscataway.

Saw a maroon with a non-forum type (older lady) on the GSP and also saw a Dark Matter Gray try to catch up with me on the GSP one morning.

Do you have a bike rack? If that was you, did you install yourself or find a shop?


And definitely agree there are a lot more out there. Seems like every few days nowadays. That felt like every few months not too long ago.

Yup.. that was me with the bike rack!
I did the hitch install myself - it wasn't that hard, I used this thread as a guide and really just took it step by step.

This forum seems to be a lot of IT engineers and skew on the younger side.

Seemed like a nice older woman, grandma type.

Honestly happy this EV caters to more than the IT crowd.

Well I agree with the all the "techno stuff"......sometimes I wish we could just talk about driving the car, haha......and yes to a younger crowd, the impatience of youth on display....I call it the "amazon effect", haha.......
I hope one day you might see me driving somewhere in Bergen Cty and refer to me as "a nice older man".....being nice is what I try to be (not always successful, ha).....

Agreed, I usually see someone around my age, it was nice seeing someone happily driving their Mach-E who was just enjoying the ride.

Same, almost felt bad how I worded it, and I'll probably see you around, commute there almost daily!

Well, I haven't seen any in Jersey for a while, but had a double sighting on Thursday northbound on US 202 just over the border in PA (I was southbound). First was a Grabber Blue GT and less than 5 minutes later a Rapid Red (not GT).

Maybe they count as MME On the Road - Sightings Almost in NJ?

Spotted in the parking lot @ Chimney Rock - my home away from home.. 2nd time I saw it there!

I see a few a week now, still infrequent overall.

Spotted 2 tonight in the Garden State Plaza mall parking lot.

- First one was red, parked next to mine at the ChargePoint stations by the food court entrance. It had a couple vinyls on it and customizations on door handles/back side windows… and the trap door open, but not plugged.

- Second one was white, at the EA charging station by road 17 - no pic as I was driving away!
