Moulding replacement?

I was sideswiped and now the moulding on the back right is coming off. Seems like some clips are broken I can push it back in but not all of it stays put. Is there a way I can fix myself and replace clips or do I have to buy an entire new moulding? If that's the case what would be the part number. I'm located in New york city. Thanks in advance

I don’t know the part number, but recently had a fender bender in front and those wheel well trims along with any piano black shiny moldings come primed but not painted. They have to be painted with the piano black and maybe a clear coat or whatever makes it shiny.
