Are you going to drop with a specific spring, or just have a shop cut down the stock springs?
You have to go with lowering springs. Cutting down the stock springs is not an option the way they are wound at the ends. If you were to cut either end even 1/2 of one turn they would no longer fit into the perch properly.

Got the car tinted, coated and clear bra then went and got the new MRR GF6 20x9 +38 and 20x10.5 +45 wheels installed with Toyo Proxes 3 255/45 and 295/40 tires. I'm very happy with the looks, handing and ride improvements. Next is 1.5" drop and a couple of JL thin mount 13's in the rear.
You are now the third member on this forum that I know of to get the same exact staggered size tires front and rear after myself and louibluey. Above all, you will enjoy the way the car drives and handles.

I got the Ford part numbers on Friday and sent them to my spring manufacturer so I can get a set made, I plan on a 1.5" drop all the way around

I wasn't aware others had done it, I searched through but didn't find anything in the group. If I were going to do it again I'd do a 10" in the rear with a 50mm offset and then go 275/40 and 245/45 tires.
I'm going to try and get MRR to make a set with the specs I've figured out to see, I just want to drop the car about 1.5" and I think the rear is sitting out just about 1/2" too far. For stock height they work great and the GF6 are SUPER affordable.

If you want to do it again, and change it up I would be interested in buying what you have.

So wife drove to work this morning 18 miles one way at I'm seeing 94% battery range and it says 234 miles left. Wife drives around 75 to 80mph. According to my math however 18 miles using 6% of the battery would give a range of 300 miles total. We'll continue to monitor but so far I ain't mad, as long as we can stay around 200 miles on a full charge I can't imagine us using more than that in a single day of around town shenanigans we like to get into.

Wow. The improvement to the look of the Mach-E in the last picture from behind is just amazing!
Very nice!

I dropped mine 1/2" by installing the non extended battery springs on my extended battery Mach-E. It was just a test to see what it would do. I have a friend that has sent the stock Ford springs from my Mach-E to his spring manufacture and I should get them in about two weeks or so. I went with a 1" drop while he is going with a 1.5" drop.

My rear wheels are 10" wide and I have 295/40/20's tires like you but there is no poke. They sit in just about 1/8" from the top of the fender lip. The front 255/45/20's also sit in the same 1/8". I am also looking at a second set of wheels and as you thinking of going with front 245/45/20 and rear 275/40/20 next time around.

I submitted my order yesterday for a set of 1.5" dropped springs from my supplier, let's hope they work out.

I plan to get these, either from you or from the actual seller. The price he offered is reasonable. Just makes the car look so much better. I hope your new mods work out for you.

What offset are your wheels btw?

Lowering springs for 1.5" drop should be here in 2-3 weeks after talking with my supplier. Can't wait!

The staggered wheels look great - it is a bold look, but hey, its a bold car. ;)
I am having my supplier make me a prototype set to check the drop and then will make them available for purchase. They will be pricey as they are low quantity manufacturing but will work well once I get done testing. I should have the first set in 2-4 weeks and will immediately install them. I'm also looking long term at coilovers front and shock/spring combo rear.
