2 quick questions re: the MudFlaps

1. Are they still compatible with 2023 MachE's?
2. Are they available in a high gloss finish? If not, any plans for this?

Since there is no change to the body for 2024, yes the mud flaps for a 2021 or 2022 will fit a 2023. 😊🐩

There is no manufacturer making a gloss black mud flap. 🤷‍♂️🐩

If you don’t go with pre-moulded you can use a set a rally armor gloss urethane mudflap.

I wouldn’t ever bother with gloss mud flaps. They’ll get trashed by road debris.

AOSK makes the molded plastic version - OEM style.

Check out RokBlokz for a more traditional (sporty) mud flap option.

Thanks for pointing that out. I just assumed it would match better the gloss finish of the plastic pieces on my GT.

Completely reasonable thought to have. You’re going to see so little of the flap, it wouldn’t conflict one bit.

AOSk mud flaps just arrived.

they are OEM style rough plastic.

probably going to return them because each one has a cavity behind the tire that will act like a mini-parachute. All my other cars have mudflaps with an angled flat surface to minimize resistance.

Don’t overthink it. The AOSK mud flaps have extremely little drag effect on the car and are barely visible no matter which angle you view them from.

I have the AOSK flaps installed currently. I can't say it made zero impact on efficiency, but I can assure you its impact was less than 1% of my average efficiency. I was actually shocked, fully expecting a more detrimental impact.

Now, when I upgraded to 20" wheels with 255/45/20 michelin all sport 4's, my range took a massive hit.

Hi,

sorry i just saw this.

1. yes they fit.
2. No, because high gloss finish paint will get scratched over time, we tried this on other cars in the past, Owners didnt like them in long term.

Curious if anyone has these in snowy. Climates, and if they would get knocked off easily With said snow?

Installed these today. was quite easy and fits well.
I'm in the NorthEast so can tell you how it goes with snow in a few months, but i've read other reports that it holds up to the snow. I dont see them being knocked off. both have a screw attaching along with clips, and the clips are quite solid.

Yeah, I hear you, I didn't like the AOSK ones with the glossy bits either. If you go with the RokBlokz. I got the Rally style in black for my GT. They look great.
