I have a 3 week old Premium Mach E and my alarm is triggered when nothing is in or around the car for three days in a row. I have to keep it unlocked in order for it not to be a nuisance
I also was a victim of the loud thump from the speakers or from using the CarPlay feature that Dealer is telling me, they can’t repeat that problem that I had I am afraid to use the audio on the vehicle for fear of my ear drums busting
It also gave me about 8 alerts in a row saying that the Blindspot cross detection with traffic system needed attention and that there was something wrong with my electrical system
I am very disappointed!!

It’s very likely your 12V battery is low. Especially if the car had been sitting the dealer’s lot for a period of time before you bought it.

Since you’re new to the car, accessing the battery to put a charger on it is a PIA. Either ask your dealer to check the 12V battery state of charge and charge it, or go on a leisurely 2 hour drive to charge it.

Don’t give up on the car yet - it’s likely a minor issue.

I really hope it’s a minor issue but right now I feel very let down by the lack of resources to help me remedy my problems. Thank you for your response and I’ve been driving daily to work. I have a 45 minute drive each way. I see a lot of post here about the 12 V battery so I will be inquiring at the dealership about that. I am so thankful that I found this group. It has been very helpful.

There’s a way to see the 12V battery SoC on you Ford.com vehicle dashboard:
The dashboard initially looks like this:
Ford Mustang Mach-E mustang mach-e "alarm system turn off sensors?" IMG_0730

Click the “Check Status” link on the Reservations and Orders tile. You get this:

Ford Mustang Mach-E mustang mach-e "alarm system turn off sensors?" IMG_0731

Click the link with the left arrow “My Account”. You now get this which shows the “Charge Level”. It’s the 12V SoC - not the HVB SoC:

I hate this system . I bought a 2021 Mach-e and no matter what I do, I cannot stop the stupid alarm system with the remote. I had to disconnect the battery

If you press unlock on the fob the alarm stops. Or enter the door code. Or start the vehicle.

I don't see a reservations option on ford.com dashboard. Can't seem to find a way to check my battery SOC? I have the options to "text an ev specialist," "discover your ford," "software updates," "Fordpass rewards," "warranty," "vehicle health report," and "connected services." I tried the health report, but can't seem to find a way to see anything. Just says no issues found and doesn't give any real information.

And that's for the 12V battery, not the "go-go" batteries, right?
