Mustang Week, Myrtle Beach at the Mall, last week in July

Well, I did it again, signed up for Mustang Week car show. Last year I was the only MME entry.
For the coming show, I'm taking suggestions on how to make a "presentation" of the all electric Mustang at what will otherwise be a Mustang ICE show in the dirty, hot south.

Awesome, not sure how I didn’t see this thread earlier! Would have loved to go down, my wife works in Myrtle pretty frequently so we stay down there from time to time. That Shelby looks great, cool to see it in person.

I wish I had seen this. I was considering going, but I only heard about it 2 weeks ago.

I estimate over 650 Mustangs were in the show, another 1000 or so in the parking lots around the mall in N Myrtle Beach.

Yes, I was the other MME there. It was a great event. Just waaay too hot.

Anyway, I was worried about how the MME would be received, but I only heard a couple negative comments. The VAST majority of people were positive and curious and many stopped to ask me questions. Most people asked about range and how often I need to charge.

I asked Gary Patterson when we could expect to see the Shelby MME in production, 23 or 24?
He said it all depends on how much interest the Shelby generates from the buying public.

I asked if Shelby was going to figure out how to solve 5 second power limitation; he just smiled and responded saying that Shelby was working on it, but still in the development / learning curve on batteries and motors. I responded, If Tesla can do it, so can Ford and if Ford can do it, so can Shelby, even better.

That reverse front hood scoop is functional. The air comes through the louvers at front bottom, passes through the radiator and out the scoop and onto the hood. Helps with downforce too. Reminds me of the old Ford GT.

Heard announcement somewhere that Mustang Week was returning to MB in Summer of 23. Not sure what week though. Hoping a bigger group of us MMEs can travel down.
