My dealer says my order has been moved from Priority 10 to Priority 2. Has anyone heard of their orders having a Priority status? Is 2 good like can I expect delivery in a month or so?

Has your car been built? If not, a month is likely overly optimistic.

That's great. Based on experience of those of us with early deliveries it may not matter at all, though.

I think that priority is just within your dealer's orders. It has no effect on how quickly the factory will schedule or build your car.

My understanding is that anything above 10 is a big deal. 10 through 19 are controlled by the dealer. 1 through 9 come from a regional rep.
I heard that when they promised me a 1. It never happened. Hope it works out better for you.

I noticed on my credit card bill last week that my $500 deposit had been returned. I was a bit concerned but when I called my dealer they said that it was normal; The reservation has now been transferred to an order. Has anyone else had this experience?

Yes, that's how it works. Ford refunds the reservation deposit when it's converted to an order. Normally, the dealer charges you for a new deposit at that point, but that's up to the dealer.

I re-checked my order and it has a priority code of 10. I'm assuming that's the worst priority available. I guess I'll see y'all in 2022.

on a scale of 10 to 99 (that the dealer controls) a 10 means you are the most important order they have right now. Or tied for most important. So if they have 2 allocation a month on 7/1 you might get scheduled.
