My EV driving data in FordPass is accurate?

I review my commutes in My journeys--EV data section. However, the trip mileages are longer than I actually drove at times, 5 or 6 miles more. Any of you guys have this issue? Is vehicle odometer doing the same way?

Very often trip odometer doesn't get reset so one trip mileage adds to another.

In general, I assume all FordPass data is inaccurate.

Nothing in FordPass is accurate. FordPass is like an 8 year old child. It may be telling the truth. It may be be telling you what it thinks you want to hear. Or it may be making up stories with dragons and unicorns.

This is why I won't use those devices that monitor your driving for insurance rates. FordPass will say I cornered sharply on a straight road... worthless (and it sporadically records journeys).

My logs often show double, and sometimes triple the actual distance driven.

Hoping for some help. I've had my Mach E GT for a month. I charge to 90% each evening and note the projected mileage and kWh used. I use the 90% to extrapolate the 100% range.
My home charger is a ChargePointe Home Flex EV Charger on a 60 amp circuit.

My dilemma is reflected below. Using last night as an example I get two different numbers for kWh. Does anyone have history with which kWh is the better? FordPass or ChargePointe.
