I’ve searched this forum a lot the past two days since I picked up my Mach-E GT and it appears the FordPass app straight up sucks @Ford Motor Company

Ive tried every suggestion I’ve seen on this forum. I’ve tried uninstalling FordPass, master resets, various individual settings like connectivity, adding and removing PAAK digital keys, etc. For the life of me, I’m unable to see any data regarding Charging, Battery Status, and Remaining Mileage. I also see NOTHING regarding Plug and Charge and also nothing about the 250KW of free charging.

Am I doing something wrong or is FordPass just a horribly programmed app? My searches are telling me I’m not doing something wrong but it appears a result of bad programming on Ford’s part. I love my car but FordPass is a real black eye when it comes to enjoying my new car.

I’m ready to give this app a rating of 0 in the App Store!

Fordpass has nothing to do with P&C. You set that up on the Ford website and you don't need your phone to use it. It's based on the communication between the car and the EA/Greenlots charger.

As for the other issues, it has nothing to do with FordPass. If there's issues with data not showing it's normally because of a mismatch in email addresses between what was on the order and your FP account, the vehicle is stuck in fleet mode or some other Ford side issue. Contact Ford to work those issues out.

Ford Pass does seem to be a bit glitchy, @hybrid2bev you have that red notification on your screenshot too - I can not get rid of the damn thing! I read the msg, delete the msg, log out/log back in and that notification is still there. Also up until a few days ago I was able to click on Driving Data > Journeys > EV Data, and then see the kw used etc. Not any more though, now it just shows "No events to view" anyone know what I'm doing wrong here - could I have disabled a setting?

I checked my records... I was able to activate the charge network on my second day of ownership, via the web site www.ford.com/connectedservices...

You're further along. Something may not have been registered correctly on your car. You may need to contact your dealer or @Ford Motor Company for assistance. (800) 392-3673

So are the other connected services supposed to show automatically within my first week of ownership?

@Ford Motor Company can you answer this without creating a ticket?

Ford has been having server issues over the last week. I thought they were fixed but some of what is described here may be lingering issues with the servers. The issues the OP is having with FordPass not displaying information are working for me. It may be an issue with the OP getting FordPass set up on the servers.
