I’ve searched this forum a lot the past two days since I picked up my Mach-E GT and it appears the FordPass app straight up sucks @Ford Motor Company
Ive tried every suggestion I’ve seen on this forum. I’ve tried uninstalling FordPass, master resets, various individual settings like connectivity, adding and removing PAAK digital keys, etc. For the life of me, I’m unable to see any data regarding Charging, Battery Status, and Remaining Mileage. I also see NOTHING regarding Plug and Charge and also nothing about the 250KW of free charging.
Am I doing something wrong or is FordPass just a horribly programmed app? My searches are telling me I’m not doing something wrong but it appears a result of bad programming on Ford’s part. I love my car but FordPass is a real black eye when it comes to enjoying my new car.
I’m ready to give this app a rating of 0 in the App Store!
