My order status page changed.

Something changed on my order status page. The current status remains “accepted” but there are 6 new status fields across the top beginning with “Reserved” and ending with “Completed”. Those weren’t there yesterday.

Am I grasping at straws or is something happening?

01/21. Orders both before and after have received build dates. I still don’t have one but it sure looks like something is changing.

Looks like they updated the website, they have added "complete purchase", so I am hoping we can do the paperwork on line and just pickup the car at the dealer.

Looks like they updated the website, they have added "complete purchase", so I am hoping we can do the paperwork on line and just pickup the car at the dealer.
Phooey. I was hoping it was just me and things were moving forward.

So seeing this, it makes me wonder. How did everyone else do their paperwork at the dealer? Was it any different than it has been in the past?

My dealer did the whole thing on an Ipad through Ford's system directly. Basically tap to sign the pages, then it printed out the completed contract and it was done. Makes me wonder if the dealer was actually using the new system but only the dealers had access to it at the time.

Good catch! I was looking at my order status this morning and didn't notice it.

Yeah, mine looks like that now, too.
But in bad news, what DID show as step 2 "complete" or "in progress" (forget which one), it now just shows "Not Yet Started" :oops:
