I continue to try against all the pain to use PaaK, so here is my most recent update.
I have had the dealer complete the PaaK update. My Pixel 5 is running FordPass 3.26.0.
From 3.24.0 I have kept FordPass on restrictions. I released them on 3.26.0 to see what it would do.
For a few glorious hours, PaaK worked perfectly. I could walk up to my car, open it, and start it right away. You know, like most cars made in the last 15 years. Unfortunately that time is fleeting. My battery life went from 53% when I made the change to 6% in roughly 2 hours. So more or less, I can have 4 hours of working PaaK and a working cell phone.
It's back on restrictions now which means I have to open FordPass every time and wait for a connection. At any rate, that is my update. I really wish Ford would provide us some insight as to this or just give in and send us all a second FOB (preferably not the size of a Raspberry Pi).
