My reservation is gone from the Ford website.

I just logged on the the Ford Website to check my order status. The Reservation screen was blank. I'm wondering what that means. The last status was on Wednesday day when it showed my order date of 6/4/21 and my order number. Do you think that the website is undergoing maintenance, or do you think they are about to tell me that I need to re order a 2022. Also, do I lose my place in line if I re order the 2022?

It means that Ford's backend isn't too swift... Mine was there yesterday (Mach-E order, F-150 reservation), and gone today. Just like FordPass servers, perhaps the same.

I haven't had a problem with this before, when did you place your order? They might be bumping us to next year.

I think Ford is having a lot of issues with their backend right now. Would be absolutely AMAZING if they would let their consumers know they are having issues.

Ford’s communications is abysmal.

I haven't had a problem with this before, when did you place your order? They might be bumping us to next year.

My order was accepted by the dealer on May 5. Nothing has happened since then.

I did save the link to my order details page at ford.com and it loads the same as it always has; there've been no changes. It's only the "My Reservations, Orders and Purchases" page that's blank.

I had that with my original order. It took over 5 months to get a production window date for 10/25. Still no VIN. April 21 order.

you can get the ford.com order number from your browser history. Plug the order number in place of the XXXXXXXXs
