my order is recent and I received confirm from Ford after dealer entered info but without a VIN which will come later on I can’t go any further

The reservation ID page is down too. Must be maintenance

It still loads for me after I sign in and then copy/paste the URL above into my browser...either way I'm sure it will be back to normal in the next few days or less

Hmm, just checked my order at ford.com and it shows my forlorn 8-25 order as usual (dealer accepted order 8-26, then nada).

Did you order on line, and then go to the dealer?

I ordered directly with the dealer and did receive an e mail from Ford with a confirm number but cannot access anything online

I ordered online, and then Ford sends the order to the dealer I specified for dealer to choose whether or not to accept (they accepted). I've spoken and corresponded with the dealer after their acceptance.

Looks like they enrolled me in the Ford Pass program with an account number. Is that what the service update was? Was really hoping for a production date.

I'm pretty sure I had to enroll in FordPass in order to place my reservation in November, 2019.

Ford.com and FordPass use the same account credentials.
