Mystery Broken Pieces from Mach-E

Hi everyone,

I noticed two pieces that broke off my MME after taking it into the shop for the 10k inspection and couldn’t figure out where they would be from.

Any help figuring out these mysteries and guidance on whether or not I should be worried would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The first two photos show an item that was found on the floor of the front passenger seat.

The next photos are of a fabric tag that was hanging on the underside of the rear carriage. I pulled at it thinking it was a string that got caught, but it looks like it was from the inside.

I have no idea but it would concern me too if that happened to me.

So, what was it in the shop for? That info would contribute to localizing the origin.

I Googled 99401 and got plenty of hits, from floor liners to backpacks. You might have a look at images and see if you come across something you own that lost a piece.

Huh, interesting, I found something That looked like that first piece this weekend in the rear passenger seat under the floor mat, thought it was from the kids toys hmmm

Husky Floor mats have a part number 99401.
