Probably same thing that happens now. You get emails and postcards on alternate months asking you to pay for upgraded maps

Well hopefully Google fixes AA before then so I wont have to rely on the built in Nav. I wonder if this coincides with the other Ford Pass Features. With all the issues ppl are having with FordPass, this 3yr service should be prolonged.

Free Nav updates for three years and after that we pay I think

This is referring to the 3 years of connected services isn't it? That is what provides the real time info for charging, weather, all that and probably is also what enables map updates.

The Nav will continue to work, but without any connected services. So no live traffic, charger status, etc.

I mostly use A Better Route Planner. If I'm just out for a drive I'll use google maps, and search on plugshare for charging if I need it.

The maps provided are at least a year or two out of date. I drive about four blocks from my house (built 3 1/2 years ago) and I end up off the map.

VERY DISAPPOINTING.

My Garmin GPS systems were are updated 3 or 4 times a year and have had the local roads, missing from the Mach-E, for at least 2 years.

lol that is rediculous, it should be up to date! Why would they do that? Whats the point of getting new car with old maps

Does anyone's built-in Nav actually show streets? Mine shows maps, but there is not one street to be seen. When I have a route, it highlights the route like streets are there. But the map is just blank. You will see things like lakes and parks in different colors. SO the map is there. Just no streets.

glitch in the matrix. you're imagining things that aren't actually there and the computers forgot to put in the imagined street view on the map. give it a little while and the matrix will stabilize.
