Need advice on a used Mach E

I’m looking to buy a second Mach E because my wife wants one. I’m looking at used.

I found a 2021 job 1 Mach E Premium ER AWD at decent price at a Toyota dealer. It’s 38 months 16k miles. However, the car has a few issues:

1. The wheel bearing is broken (thump noise during u turn). This can be fixed by Ford if I buy Ford Protect because Ford allows buying it at 41 months 41000 miles. Is this right?
2. The tire is not XL rated. The dealer agreed to replace it with OEM tire
3. IPC Buzz noise. SSM 51689. https://www.macheforum.com/site/thr...zzing-noise-2021-mustang-mach-e-non-gt.28524/ Can I get this remedy after 36 months original warranty?
4. OTA is decently up to date (with latest camera icon)
5. BlueCruise subscription is not active. Can I still get it at $600 for 3 years?

Should I proceed or should I run? What would you do.

Thump noise may be a CV joint, a wheel bearing would always be noisy. That's very low miles for that kind of problem. Don't take the dealers word on it. Get your own carfax, not from a dealer, before you buy any used car.
I would keep looking at a different dealer.
