I bought the hitch before my Mach E was delivered. I had planned on selling my other vehicle, but changed my mind. I'll just carry my bikes on the other vehicle since I don't mind it getting dirty.

Yes, it is still available. I don't personally know of any installers, but I am sure any competent mechanic in the area would be able to help. E-trailer has a list of local installers, but the closest one was in San Diego and then Ramona. Shoot me a private message if you want to set up a time to meet up.
